Baseball In-Season Strength Workout

0

I’m still shocked at the amount of baseball players that will cease all strength training once their season begins.

As you can see, if you have stopped training your making a HUGE mistake! You’re not only missing valuable opportunities (80-320) to develop as a player but you’re also limiting on-field outputs (limiting/decreasing strength, speed, power)

Moral of the story.. Don’t Stop Training!

Here’s a complete in-season strength workout I used a few weeks ago with my high school athletes, Jared Southard and Dalton Porter (University of Texas Baseball Commits). If you’re looking to stay strong and improve on-field outputs this spring and summer give this workout a try!
