Workout of The Week (Week 8) Full Body Strength Workout


This weeks “Workout of The Week” features Fayetteville Manlius High School Catcher, Seth Resiman & Liverpool High School Infielder, Gerard Mouton. This Full Body Strength Workout is one of two workouts Seth and Gerard complete over the course of the week with me to preserve strength and power in-season! 

Full Workout:

  1. Game Day 12 Full Body Warm-Up:

2A. Trap Bar Deadlift 3 sets x 5 reps @65% of 1RM
2B. Inverted Rows 3 sets x 10-12 reps
2C. Rear-Foot Elevated Bulgarian SS w/Band on back foot 3 sets x 8 reps each leg

3A. Chain Push-Ups 3 sets x 10 reps
3B. 1-Arm Front Racked Kettlebell Squat 3 sets x 10 reps
3C. Plank Marches 3 sets x 30 sec.
