This “Workout of The Week” features Solvay High School LHP and Wofford Commit, Jake Dippold. This workout is one of two lower body training days Jake performs over the course of the week in preparation for his senior season!

Jake Dippold Lower Body Strength & Power Workout 

1A. Weighted Broad Jumps 5 sets x 3 Jumps
1B. Medicine Ball Recoiled Stomps 5 sets x 6 total slams (3 each side)

2A. Barbell Front Squat to Box 6 sets x 5 reps
2B. Depth Drop to Vertical Jump 6 sets x 2 jumps

3A. Valslide Reverse Lunge 3 sets x 10 reps each leg
3B. Forearm Wall Slides 3 sets x 8 reps (Not in Video)
3C. Back to Wall Shoulder Flexion 3 sets x 8 reps (Not in Video)
