  1. Gameday 12 Full Body Warm-Up

2A. Weighted Lateral Heiden “Skater” Jumps 5 sets x 10 jumps total each set (5 jumps each leg)
2B. Overhead Rotational Medicine Ball Slam 5 sets x 6 reps each side

3A. Single-Leg Bounding 6 sets x 30 total yards
3B. Plank Marches 6 sets x 30 sec

4A. Dumbbell Pullover w/Bridge 4 sets x 10 reps
4B. Banded Plyo Push-Up 4 sets x 10 reps

5A. Single-Leg Goblet Box Squat 3 sets x 6 reps each leg
5B. Single-Leg Pallof Press 3 sets x 10 reps

Added Note: Exercises grouped A and B are to be superseded together
