    1. Hurdle Hop to Quarter Turn Box Jumps 3 sets x 5 reps each side
    2. Banded Sled Sprints 12 sets x 15 yards each sprint
    3. Kettlebell Powerbombs 3 sets x 15 reps
    4. Medicine Ball Rotational Scoop Toss 3 sets x 6 reps each side
