Anthony Santoro & Joe Deluca’s Full Speed Training Workout : 

1. Push-Up Reactive Sled Sprints W/Visual Cue – 6 Total Runs for 10-15 Yards
2. Steal Start Reactive Tag – 6 Total Runs with 3 Steal Starts and 3 Reverse Start on hands
3. Reactive Medicine Ball Sprint Capacity Drill – 2 sets x 3 Total Sprints to Medicine Ball (Each athlete is performing 3 medicine ball throwʼs and 3 sprints each set)
