3A. Explosive Sled Rows 3 sets x 30 yards
3B. Underhand BPA’S 3 sets x 25 reps
4. Backward Sled Drag 3 sets x 30 yards
5. Walking Medicine Ball Rotational Throw 2 sets x 6 reps
