1. Dynamic Barbell Bench Press w/Bands – 5 sets x 3 reps @55% of 1RM
2. Medicine Ball Chest Pass for Distance – 10 Total Throws AFAP(As Far As Possible)
3. Barbell Bench Press Off Foam Roller 3 sets x 3 reps @70-80% of 1RM
4A. Jungle Gym Rows w/Feet Elevated 4 sets x 12 reps
4B. 3D Band Pull Aparts 4 sets x 15 reps
5A. Overhead Hex Bar Carry w/Chains 3 sets x 40 Total Yards (20 Yards down and back)
5B. Kneeling Medicine Ball Catch Stomps 3 sets x 6 reps
